Armenia-US working group meets on Washington deals

The first meeting of the Armenia-US working group on the implementation of the agreements reached in Washington on August 8, 2025, took place.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Sonata Coulter highly appreciated the actively developing strategic partnership between the two countries.

Kostanyan emphasized the significant support of the United States in the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus and confirmed Armenia's interest in the implementation of the memorandums of understanding signed on August 8, 2025. The meeting touched upon future steps within the framework of the TRIPP project, innovative partnerships in the field of artificial intelligence and semiconductors, as well as cooperation in the field of energy security.

The parties noted significant progress on the agreements reached and decided to continue discussions to implement the goals in the shortest possible time.
