Lukashenko: I cannot be president forever

I cannot be president forever.

Axar.az reports that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said this in a press release.

“Although I am often criticized for saying this, I will not stay forever. Yes, we have created a system, a lot depends on the president, and I thank you for supporting me,” Lukashenko said in his address to the people and parliament at the 7th All-Belarusian People's Assembly.

“But I am an outgoing president. I cannot be president forever, and there is no need for it,” he emphasized.
