Azerbaijan’s embassy, consulate fully operational in Iran

Azerbaijan’s embassy in Tehran and the Consulate General in Tabriz are operating continuously regarding Azerbaijani citizens remaining in Iran.

Axar.az reports that Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this in a statement to journalists.

The minister emphasized that activities concerning Azerbaijani citizens in Iran have not paused for even an hour:

“When Azerbaijani citizens face any difficulties there, contact numbers have been provided. We do not see any serious problems, so our Embassy and Consulate General are fully operational regarding this matter,” he said.
