President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Samantha Mostyn, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, on the occasion of Australia’s national holiday.

Axar.az informs extending his congratulations to the Governor-General and the people of Australia on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, the head of state stated: “I believe that we will continue to make joint efforts to develop relations between Azerbaijan and Australia in a spirit of friendship, in line with the interests of our peoples, and to further our mutually beneficial cooperation.”

President Ilham Aliyev wished Samantha Mostyn robust health and success in her endeavors, as well as lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Australia.
