Azerbaijan has reaffirmed its support for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Georgia based on the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders.

Axar.az reports that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry made a statement on X.

“We reaffirm our full support for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Georgia based on the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders.

Azerbaijan highly values its strategic partnership and close neighborly relations with Georgia and remains committed to further strengthening the longstanding ties between our two countries," the Ministry stated.
