Aliyev-Trump phone call lasts more than 40 minutes

The phone call between President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. President Donald Trump on August 8 lasted more than 40 minutes.

Axar.az reports that the call was initiated by Donald Trump and coincided with the first anniversary of the Washington Peace Summit held on August 8, 2025.

According to the report, the conversation between the two leaders took place in a friendly and cordial atmosphere.
