Russian elites treat with Armenians as "worthless"

Making such decisions take a lot of time because there are formal bureaucratic procedures in each country. It would be illegal to demolish Njde's memorial plaque, as well as keep it after the prosecutor's order to remove the plaque.

Russian scientist and historian Oleg Kuznetsov told these words to Axar.az.

“As someone who is involved in the process, I have been waiting for a long time for the beginning of the demolition of the Nazi Garegin Njde`s monuments. Like many residents of Russia and Azerbaijan, though I was dissatisfied, I realized that it would be impossible to change the situation with empty words and emotions. Therefore, I set the goal of demolishing the monument. In order to achieve this sufficient amount of historical and legal evidence had to be collected. The evidence was sent to Moscow, where it was delivered to the highest levels of administration, politically and politically, and it was decided to demolish Njde's board.

According to Kuznetsov, after the dismantling of the memorial plaque, high-ranking friends from Moscow close to the Russian political elite called him and mentioned that it became possible to destroy the "stereotype wall" with slogans of "Armenian devotion to Russia."
