Ankara has not yet fulfilled the Syria agreement reached in Sochi.

Axar.az reports that, this was said by the Kremlin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"At present, Turkey has not reached the agreement reached by the presidents in Sochi for more than a year to provide intelligence information, demarcation and production of heavy weapons," Peskov said.
