Jeyhun Bayramov spoke with his Georgian counterpart

A telephone conversation took place between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Georgia's new Foreign Minister Ilya Darchiashvili.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Foreign Ministry.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov congratulated the new Georgian Foreign Minister and wished him success in his new post.

The sides exchanged views on the development of friendly relations and strategic partnership between the two countries and expressed confidence in the further development of these relations.

Today, a telephone conversation also took place between Jeyhun Bayramov and former Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov praised the joint efforts of David Zalkaliani during his tenure as Georgian Foreign Minister to further strengthen high-level and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and expand cooperation at the international level, and thanked the other side.

He wished David Zalkaliani success in his new role as Georgia's ambassador to the United States.

He congratulated the new Georgian Foreign Minister and wished him success in his new post.
