The price of missiles sent by Iran to Armenia

As we reported, Iran gave Armenia 500 units of "Dehlavieh" and 100 units of "Almas" anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) complex.

Axar.az reports that the indicators of these complexes are the same as the Russian 3rd generation (some experts count 2+ generations - ed.) "Kornet" ATGM. Only the night thermal target systems that are in Kornets are not in Iranian complexes.

There is no exact information about the price of ATGMs sent by Iran to Armenia.

According to expert Adalat Verdiyev, since the weapons given to Armenia were gifts, no information was given about their value:

"Iranian weapons are not that expensive. Because they use the cheapest components. This allows for reducing their cost. The price of Kornets, which is considered a copy of the Dehlavieh complex, is 125 thousand dollars.

Although it is not indicated in open sources, a number of experts are of the opinion that Dehlavieh is half the price of Kornet - a maximum of 50-60 thousand dollars. If we calculate these prices, Iran gave Armenia $30 million worth of weapons.
