The peace deal may end eu monitoring in Armenia

If a peace agreement is signed with Azerbaijan, there may no longer be a need for the EU's monitoring mission in Armenia.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the head of the Armenian parliament's foreign relations committee, Sargis Khandanyan.

"When the peace agreement is signed, when the delimitation and demarcation process is completed, and peace prevails in the region, there may no longer be a need for monitoring. However, this issue is not being discussed at the moment," he said.
