If Iran does not respond to Israel's neutralization of first the Hamas leader and then the Hezbollah leader, it will create new realities in the Middle East.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by military expert Adalat Verdiyev.

"The proxy forces controlled by the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) will see their connections with Iran deteriorate. Iran's influence in the region will further weaken, while Israel will gain additional leverage over Iran and Lebanon," he said.

It should be noted that the Israeli military has confirmed the death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah as a result of airstrikes on Beirut.
