Russian President Vladimir Putin and his generals know well that the first user of nuclear weapons will be cursed.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Polish President Andrzej Duda in a comment on Russia's potential use of nuclear weapons.

“If we look at this issue coldly and calmly, it should be clear: He (Putin) has been repeating what has been established in Russia's nuclear doctrine for many years,” Duda said.

According to Duda, there is nothing new in Putin's statement.

The president added that the first person to use nuclear weapons will bear full responsibility.

It is noteworthy that Russia has announced changes to its nuclear doctrine.
