The U.S. State Department's "Rewards for Justice" program has announced a $20 million reward for information about Shahram Pur-Sefin, a member of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the announcement from the U.S. State Department.

Pur-Sefin, known by the alias Shahin Pur-Bakhsh, is accused of planning an assassination attempt against former National Security Advisor John Bolton.

The "Rewards for Justice" program shared on the X social media platform that from October 2021 to April 2022, the IRGC member attempted to recruit individuals to kill Bolton.

"Help bring him to justice," the post stated.
