Sean "Diddy" Combs is determined to testify in his upcoming criminal trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, according to his attorney, Marc Agnifilo.

Axar.az informs that Agnifilo stated in an interview for a TMZ documentary that Combs is eager to tell his story, though it remains too early to confirm witnesses as the discovery phase has not yet begun. The charges stem from a three-count indictment accusing Combs of orchestrating a criminal enterprise, which includes sex trafficking, forced labor, and decades of physical abuse, along with the alleged bribery and suppression of incriminating evidence.

Prosecutors pointed to a 2016 hotel surveillance video, showing Combs assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, as part of the case. Agnifilo suggested that if Combs testifies, he will explain his actions in the video. The indictment also highlights claims of coerced sex acts involving male workers during “Freak Off” events organized by Combs. Although authorities seized baby oil and other items in connection to the investigation, Agnifilo downplayed their relevance.

Combs, currently held at New York's Metropolitan Detention Center, is awaiting trial alongside other high-profile inmates.
