The draft ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah specifies that the Israeli army will leave southern Lebanon one week after the end of military operations.

Axar.az informs that this information was reported by the "Kan" radio station.

It was noted that the ceasefire proposal put forward by the U.S. also includes a 60-day period during which the Lebanese army will deploy up to 10,000 troops along the border with Israel to prevent the return of Hezbollah's armed forces. After these two months, Israel and Lebanon will begin negotiations, mediated by the U.S., regarding the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and the resolution of border disputes.

According to the radio station, the draft agreement also envisions the establishment of a new international mechanism for monitoring and implementing the ceasefire regime in southern Lebanon under U.S. leadership, which will include Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
