Our brothers and friends from Azerbaijan have just informed me that despite the objective problems caused by force majeure, gas deliveries to Serbia will not be stopped.

Axar.az reports that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić wrote this on page X.

"Thank you very much to Azerbaijan and the President, I look forward to welcoming him to Belgrade soon," said Vučić.

It should be noted that gas export from Azerbaijan to Serbia was temporarily suspended due to a technical problem in the underwater condensate export line between the "Shahdeniz Alfa" platform and the Sangachal terminal. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that it may take 1-2 months to eliminate technical problems.

However, the supply of Azerbaijani gas to Serbia is expected to resume on January 15.
