Kyiv and Europe may refuse to accept Russia's ceasefire agreement terms.

Axar.az reports this, citing Bloomberg and Western intelligence sources.

According to the information, Moscow's proposed conditions for resolving the conflict in Ukraine are not acceptable to Europe and Kyiv and will be rejected.

It should be noted that some time ago, Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow was willing to agree to proposals to end military operations in Ukraine. According to him, these proposals should lead to lasting peace and address the root causes of the crisis.
