Gafarova visits Geneva for parliamentary conferences

On July 27, the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation, headed by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova, left for a working visit to Geneva, the Swiss Confederation, to participate in the 6th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament and the 15th Summit of Women Speakers of Parliament of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

Axar.az reports that the Speaker of the Milli Majlis was welcomed at the Geneva airport by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Switzerland, Fuad Isgandarov, the Permanent Representative of our country to the UN in Geneva, Galib Israfilov, and other officials.

The visit includes speeches by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis at events and several meetings with the heads of delegations.
