Axar.az informs that the National Hydrometeorological Service informed that, according to information as of 9:00 on November 16, there was intermittent rain in some places, and light snow on the Murovdag heights.

The amount of precipitation was recorded in Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadli, Nakhchivan, Sharur, Shahbuz, Julfa, Khachmaz, Guba, Zardab, and Bilasuvar up to 1 mm.

Fog was observed in Bilasuvar, Jafarkhan, Shamkir, Sheki, Shamakhi, Khaltan, Yevlakh, Goychay, Lerik, Dashkesan, Goygol, Gakh, Ismayilli, Gobustan, and Altyaghaj.

Visibility was limited to 500 meters.

The maximum air temperature was recorded at 18 degrees Celsius in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 17 degrees Celsius in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 19 degrees Celsius in the Aran regions, and 11 degrees Celsius in the mountainous regions.
