Aghdam to receive 1,164 families in early 2026

In January–February 2026, 1,164 families (4,772 people) will be resettled in Aghdam.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Emin Huseynov, the President’s Special Representative for the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend districts, during the opening of the second residential complex in Aghdam city on December 24, attended by President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva.

It was also noted that 104 families (426 people) are scheduled to be resettled there in December.
