3.2 magnitude earthquake hits Caspian Sea

An earthquake struck the Caspian Sea.

Axar.az, informs that, according to the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismological Service Center, the earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.2, was recorded at 09:57 local time. The epicenter was located at a depth of 20 kilometers.

It is noted that seismic activity in the Caspian Sea has been observed in recent weeks. In April alone, 18 earthquakes were recorded in the Caspian Sea region.
