2981 new coronavirus cases registered over the past day

2981 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1226 people were treated, treated and released.

Axar.az reports citing Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 31 people who tested positive for COVID-19 died.

So far, a total of 121,176 people have been infected with the coronavirus in the country, of which 74,902 have been treated, 1,392 have died and 44,882 are active patients.

During the last day, a total of 1,728,577 tests were conducted to identify new cases of infection, 10,342 over the past period.
