Fuzuli-Hadrut, Fuzuli-Jabrail, Barda-Agdam. , The construction of the Goygol-Toganali-Kalbajar highway has already begun, and in parallel, the Barda-Agdam and Horadiz-Zangilan-Agband railway infrastructure is being created. This road will reach the Zangazur corridor and work is already underway.

In parallel with this work, the process of calculating the damage is underway, and foreign experts have been involved. As you know, our plans are to take Armenia to international courts. Of course, we will do it and foreign experts will help us in this area. Armenia and its foreign partners, who have illegally used our natural resources, will also face international court. Because the looting and illegal exploitation of our gold, copper and other natural resources by Armenians is an international crime, and legal procedures have been launched in this direction. Foreign partners are already involved in this work," Ilham Aliyev said.
