Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in his address to the nation.

"My answer was that Azerbaijan, as always, is true to its word. Our friends and enemies know this. Our word is as valuable as our signature, and if our conditions are accepted, of course, our actions and military actions will be stopped, and a ceasefire was announced today at 1 p.m. Unfortunately, the other party did not fully comply with the ceasefire. Even after the ceasefire was declared, our positions came under fire. Nevertheless, in principle, our conditions were fully accepted", I. Aliyev said.
