Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov expressed his condolences to Kazakhstan's Defense Minister Colonel-General Ruslan Jaksilykov regarding the crash of the MI-8 military helicopter during training flights.

"I am deeply saddened by the news about the death of one of the crew members and the injuries of others as a result of a helicopter accident in the Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
