With the appointment of Mukhtar Babayev as the Presidential Representative on Climate Issues, the number of representatives of the President of Azerbaijan has reached 10.

Axar.az reports that two of the 10 special representatives have the status of representatives on special assignments: Elchin Amirbeyov and Khalaf Khalafov.

Fuad Najafli acts as the authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The President's special representatives are also present in the liberated territories: Aydin Karimov in Shusha district, Emin Huseynov in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, Elchin Yusubov in Khankendi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts, Vahid Hajiyev in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts and Masim Mammadov in Lachin district, Bashir Hajiyev in Kalbajar district.
