The report by the Armenian Ministry of Defense claiming that Azerbaijani Army units allegedly opened fire near the Khaznavar settlement on May 29 between 01:00 and 01:15, causing damage to a residential building, is disinformation and does not reflect the truth.

Axar.az reports, citing the Ministry of Defense.

“The opposing side is trying to create a false impression in the international community and lay the groundwork for further provocations by spreading targeted disinformation and false reports. We emphasize that Azerbaijani Army units never fire on civilians or civilian objects,” the Ministry of Defense stated.
