New record set in World Chess

Indian Anish Sarkar became the youngest ranked chess player in the world.

Axar.az reports that the 3-year-old dog with intelligence has increased the FIDE classic rating to 1555.

He achieved this by placing 24th out of 140 participants in the U-9 Open Championship held in the State of West Bengal.

With this, A. Sarkar became the youngest ranked player among more than 190,000 active chess players worldwide.

He is followed by Afnan Taywar Ailan from Bangladesh (16 March 2020, 1542 points), Santiago Alonso Rubio Soto from Chile (19 October 2020, 1484 points) and Vu Hao Nhien from Vietnam (9 March 2019, 1473 points). ) are following.
