Joe Biden called Chinese President Xi Jinping the "President of Russia" during his speech at the annual meeting of the National Governors Association.

Axar.az reports that "Sky News Australia" shared a video about this.

Biden recalled his vice-presidency under Barack Obama and emphasized that the former president advised him to get to know Xi Jinping because he would lead Russia.
