Presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran will visit Khudafarin until Nowruz holiday.

Axar.az reports that Seyid Abbas Mousavi, Iran's ambassador to Azerbaijan, said this in his statement to Baku TV.

"I hope that the energy ministers of the two countries will meet soon for preparatory work. The opening ceremony of Khudafarin, Gyz Galasi hydroelectric junctions and water dams will take place at the border with the participation of both presidents," the diplomat added.

The ambassador also noted that works on the soon commissioning of the crossing point on the Araz Bridge and the road and railway line on the Aghband Bridge are ongoing.
