We strongly condemn the raid on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli ministers accompanied by police.

Axar.az reports that the Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a statement on this.

It was noted that such provocations target the sacred status of Jerusalem and the inviolability of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as seriously harm the two-state solution and peace in the region.

Official Ankara called on the international community to end its silence on Israel's occupying and destabilizing policies, to ensure an immediate ceasefire, and to support the peace process aimed at a two-state solution.
