Forest fires have broken out in Turkiye’s Mugla and Bingol provinces.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, a fire erupted in the forested area near residential neighborhoods in the Seydikemer district of Mugla, spreading rapidly due to strong winds.

In Bingol’s Gench district, another fire of unknown origin started in a pasture area and quickly spread to nearby forestland.

Efforts to extinguish the fires from both air and land are currently underway in both locations.
