The Ukrainian army has struck Ust-Luga, one of Russia’s largest oil and gas terminals and ports on the Baltic Sea.
Axar.az informs that Russian Telegram channels reported the attack.
The strike reportedly caused a major fire at a gas processing complex owned by Novatek.
