Ukraine strikes Russia’s Ust-Luga gas complex, fire reported

The Ukrainian army has struck Ust-Luga, one of Russia’s largest oil and gas terminals and ports on the Baltic Sea.

Axar.az informs that Russian Telegram channels reported the attack.

The strike reportedly caused a major fire at a gas processing complex owned by Novatek.

It was reported that the attack hit the cryogenic fractionation unit for gas condensate, considered the heart of the complex’s technological processes.

The facility has an annual nominal capacity of 6 million tons.
