A Russian fighter jet crashed into a metal pole and then a fence in Yerevan after colliding with a utility post.

Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, the incident occurred at 02:15 local time.

Rеports say that during transportation, a rigid coupling element failed, causing the aircraft to slip off the platform. The jet first struck a metal pole on Arshakunyants Avenue and then collided with a fence.

No injuries were reported. Traffic was suspended on the avenue where the incident occurred.
