Norway pledges nearly $700M for Ukraine’s air defense

Norway is allocating approximately $695.7 million to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by the Norwegian government.

The statement noted that the air defense systems will be delivered to Ukraine from Germany.

“Together with Germany, we are ensuring the delivery of powerful air defense systems to Ukraine. Germany and Norway are working closely to support Ukraine in its fight to defend the country and protect civilians from Russian air attacks,” the government said.
