Russia recognizes Zelensky as the “de facto leader of the regime” and is ready to meet him in this capacity.

Axar.az reports that these remarks were made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Lavrov also added that, according to the constitution, he is non-legitimate.
