It is unlikely that a peace agreement will be reached between Ukraine and Russia by the end of the year.

Axar.az reports that Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said this at a press conference after a Cabinet meeting.

“I do not want to be pessimistic, but it is unlikely that a negotiated solution will be reached in Ukraine by the end of the year,” the Foreign Minister said.
