Kyiv declares day of mourning after Russian attack

On August 29, a day of mourning has been declared in Kyiv and the surrounding region following a Russian attack that killed 23 people, including 4 children.

Axar.az informs Ukraine’s ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuri Husyev, shared the information on his social media account.

The diplomat also noted that condolences can be sent to the Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan.
