Polish aircraft have been scrambled to secure the country's airspace after Russia launched air strikes on Ukrainian territories bordering Poland.

Axar.az reports, citing Reuters.

"Polish and allied aircraft are operating in our airspace, and ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems are on high alert. However, after Russia stopped air strikes on Ukraine, the Polish operational command also ended the operation," the Polish military said in a statement.
