Northwest wind blows in several areas, the maximum wind speed occasionally increases to 28 m/s in Dashkesan, 25 m/s in Julfa, Khizi, 23 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 23 m/s in Mingachevir, 22 m/s in Nakhchivan, Naftalan, 20 m/s in Sharur, Sabirabad, 19 m/s in Gobustan, Goranboy, 18 m/s in Barda, Sadarak, Kurdamir, 17 m/s in Gusar, 16 m/s in Agdam, Tartar.

It was reported that occasional heavy rain and lightning are expected in Shabran, Khachmaz, Guba, Khaltan, Gusar, Bilasuvar, Goygol, Dashkesan, Tartar, as well as in Baku and some parts of the Absheron Peninsula.

Currently, a northwest wind is blowing; the maximum wind speed in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is 25 m/s, and in Tovuz and Shabran it is 15 m/s.

The wave height at sea is 3.6 meters.
