President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor on September 20 and respectfully commemorated the memory of the National Leader of our people, the architect and founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, Heydar Aliyev, and laid a wreath at his grave.

Axar.az reports that the memory of the prominent ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, was also commemorated, and fresh flowers were laid on her grave.

The graves of the prominent statesman and public figure, Aziz Aliyev, and the talented doctor Tamerlan Aliyev were also visited, and bouquets were laid at their graves.
