The United States does not prohibit the Kyiv authorities from striking deep into Russian territory.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the US President's special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, to Fox News.

"I believe that, given the statements of Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the answer to this question is yes. Take the opportunity to strike deep into Russia," he said.
