Spain shows interest in Turkiye’s KAAN fighter jet

Spain is interested in Turkiye's national fighter jet - KAAN.

Axar.az informs that Spanish media reported on this.

The publication "El Economista" claims that Spain, which has stopped purchasing F-35 fighters from the United States, has set its sights on Turkiye's fifth-generation fighter jet, KAAN.

The publication writes that Spain is considering purchasing KAAN fighter jets, which are scheduled to be put into service in 2030.

It should be noted that Spanish media reported that the country's planned step to refuse F-35 fighters from the United States has been on the agenda since August.
