Russia avoids nuclear rhetoric - Kremlin

Russia would prefer not to make statements within the framework of rhetoric regarding nuclear tests, because it always poses a threat.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in an interview with CNN.

"Nuclear rhetoric is always dangerous. On the one hand, nuclear weapons are a good tool for maintaining peace in terms of mutual deterrence, but on the other hand, even talking about them is dangerous. And frankly, we would prefer not to make statements," he said.
