Axar.az reports that Russian philosopher Aleksandr Dugin said this.

“There will no longer be any trace of sovereignty there, because Ukrainians have no idea how to use it. They never have, and they don’t want to learn. As far as I know, work is rapidly underway on a detailed plan for integrating Ukrainian society into the unified Russian world. Work continues on textbooks, emergency assistance programs for mass treatment, and psychological rehabilitation. A draft plan for administrative restructuring has already been prepared. These territories will likely be called ‘Old Lands.’ But this is still under discussion. There is no consensus on whether the Russophobic dialect spoken by the Nazis should be preserved or abolished. I am in favor of partially preserving it, but not everyone supports that. We are approaching this issue very seriously and comprehensively. This is not for propaganda purposes but for major, long-term work,” Dugin said.
