Andriy Yermak's resignation due to U.S. pressure

The resignation of Andriy Yermak from the post of Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office is being linked to pressure from the U.S. government.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the leader of the Belarusian Liberal Democratic Party, Oleg Gaidukevich.

He said that the corruption scandals in Ukraine are connected not only with pressure from the U.S., which wants Kyiv to sign a peace agreement, but also from European countries that want the conflict to continue:

“There is pressure from the U.S. to force them to sign the peace agreement in the way they want. This has nothing to do with fighting corruption. Those who claim to fight thieves are themselves stealing. Therefore, all of this is connected to Trump’s peace plan.”
