Witkoff to host secret Israel–Qatar meeting in New York

U.S. President’s special envoy Steve Witkoff will hold a secret meeting in New York between Israeli and Qatari representatives.

Axar.az reports, citing two sources referenced by the news portal “Axios,” that the meeting has been arranged.

According to the information, the Israeli delegation will be led by the head of MOSSAD. It has not been disclosed who will lead the Qatari side.

As the portal notes, the main topic of the meeting will be the situation in the Gaza Strip and the issue of disarming Hamas.
