Russia launches large-scale attacks on Ukraine overnight

The Russian Armed Forces carried out one of the largest recent attacks on Ukraine overnight.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on social media.

According to Zelensky, over 450 strikes were carried out using drones and approximately 30 different types of missiles. The main targets were energy infrastructure facilities in southern regions and Odesa Oblast. The attack injured two people in Odesa Oblast and damaged dozens of civilian facilities across the country.

Thousands of families were left without electricity in Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions. Strikes were also recorded in Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy Oblasts.

The President emphasized that relevant services are working to restore electricity and water supplies.
