Fico calls Ukraine a “black hole” for EU funds

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has called Ukraine a "black hole" that is sucking up the financial resources and future of the European Union.

Axar.az reports that he voiced these thoughts in a post on Facebook.

Fico said that Ukraine is wasting billions of euros, a rational economic approach, and the sustainable future of the EU.

The Prime Minister has previously raised the question of how much of the funds allocated to Kiev have been misappropriated and questioned the need for additional financial assistance to Ukraine.
